March is Women’s History Month — and this circle is an invitation to remember that you are history in the making.
Long before you learned to doubt yourself, to quiet your voice, to contort your needs to belong - there were women before you who survived, resisted, created, nurtured, and endured.
Some of their strength lives in your bones.
Some of their wounds live there too.
This month’s Empowerment Circle is a space to gently explore the unseen threads that shape who we are - our ancestry, our lineage, and the stories we’ve inherited about womanhood, worth, power, and belonging.
Together, we’ll reflect on the ways the past lives in the present:
how ancestral resilience shows up as intuition, creativity, and inner knowing
how generational patterns can influence self-doubt, over-responsibility, or disconnection from self
and how remembering where we come from can become a powerful act of reclamation - not obligation
This is not about glorifying the past or carrying what was never yours to hold.
It’s about discerning what is yours to keep - and what you are ready to lay down.
In circle, we’ll work with self-trust, inner authority, and collective witnessing to reconnect with the parts of ourselves shaped by those who came before us - and consciously choose how we carry that legacy forward.
You don’t need to know your ancestry - or awareness or experience of ancestral unburdening.
You only need a willingness to listen inwardly and be held in a space of reflection, curiosity, and sisterhood.
This is remembrance as empowerment.
And if you’re an Oldest Daughter - this one is especially for you. :)
